• Processing the order from SAP (DO & Invoice generation)
• Maintain the W/H activity of Inbound & outbound
• Organizing the delivery & dispatches of the goods
• DO Pre dispatch Inspection of the goods, to check the quality and quantity
• Co-ordinate with Service Team/sales Manager for road permit and way bill
• Maintain a healthy communication with customer for dispatch & delivery planning
• Tracking & tracing of goods
• Serial No. Mapping In the systems
• Receiving of ASN & domestic shipment at W/H
• Maintaining  regular communication with HO for all inbound & out bound for proper communication flow
• Ensuring safety and security of the W/H along with our goods
• Following proper stacking norms for better handling of our goods
• Ensuring 100% utilization of W/H space
• Stock taking and reconciliation activity done every month for maintaining  the stock level
• Keeping track of all records along with w/h data management
• MIS reporting as per the need and requirement
• Coordinating with Transporter & service provider for ensuring the better delivery
• Taking cost saving initiative for enhancing the SCM visibility
• Clear understanding of documentation procedure of Inland stock movement
• Should be capable to speaking  Hindi/English & Local regional language
